Product Glance tabs on the Dashboard

In Dashboard → Product at a Glance, selecting a product card opens a Details panel with several tabs. These tabs let you explore sales, costs, traffic, fees, and supply information for one product, without leaving the Dashboard.

The following tabs are currently available:

  • Sales
  • Upcoming Orders
  • COG
  • Sales and Traffic
  • Fee History

Some tabs are visible but not yet active:

  • Overview
  • Price Elasticity
  • Sales and Stock

Sales tab

What this tab shows

The Sales tab displays a daily sales trend chart for the selected product.

Multiple lines appear on the same chart, each representing a different comparison period. This lets you see not only how the product is selling now, but also how that performance compares to the past.

What the lines mean

The chart typically compares:

  • the current period (for example, the last 7 or 30 days)
  • the previous period of the same length
  • the same period last year

Each line shows daily total sales for the product.

What you can do

  • Change the time window using the period selector When you change the window length, the chart updates automatically.

This tab is designed for spotting patterns such as:

  • growth or decline
  • seasonality
  • differences between short-term and long-term performance

Why this tab matters

It gives you immediate context for product sales trends, without switching pages or opening reports.

Upcoming Orders tab

What this tab shows

The Upcoming Orders tab lists purchase orders for the selected product, including:

  • orders already placed
  • orders expected to arrive in the future

Each order includes key information such as:

  • order name or identifier
  • estimated arrival date
  • current status
  • quality control status
  • marketplace

How “upcoming” is determined

An order is considered upcoming if its estimated arrival date is in the future.

Status and quality indicators

  • Order status is shown with clear color indicators:

    • active
    • completed
    • cancelled
  • Quality control status is shown using icons:

    • passed
    • pending or missing
    • requires attention

Why this tab matters

It connects sales performance with inventory and supply planning, helping you see whether incoming stock aligns with demand.

COG tab

What this tab shows

The COG tab focuses on cost of goods for the selected product.

It includes two views:

  • Graph – a visual cost trend
  • Timeline – a historical list of cost changes

What you can do

  • Switch between Graph and Timeline
  • Change the marketplace to see cost differences by region

Why this tab matters

It gives you product-level visibility into how costs evolve over time, helping explain changes in margins or profitability.

Sales and Traffic tab

What this tab shows

The Sales and Traffic tab combines:

  • sales metrics (units sold, revenue)
  • traffic metrics (sessions, page views, and related ratios)

Both are shown for the same product and date range.

What you can do

  • Select a custom date range
  • Use preset time ranges
  • Apply available filters inside the tab

Why this tab matters

It helps answer questions like:

  • Did sales drop because traffic dropped?
  • Did conversion improve even if traffic stayed flat?

This tab puts demand and visibility side by side.

Fee History tab

What this tab shows

The Fee History tab displays a time-based chart of fees for the selected product.

You can see how specific fees change over time and how they contribute to overall costs.

Below the chart, the tab also includes an option to export fee data.

What you can control

  • Fee type Choose which fee to analyze, such as commission or fulfillment fees.

  • Date range Use presets or select a custom range.

  • Product condition Filter fees by product condition when applicable.

  • Collapsed view Simplifies the chart by grouping repeated fee values.

  • Average line Adds an average reference line to the chart.

Why this tab matters

It helps you detect:

  • fee increases or anomalies
  • changes in fulfillment or commission behavior
  • whether margin changes are driven by fees rather than sales

How to use Product Glance effectively

Each tab answers a different question:

  • Sales: How is this product selling over time?
  • Upcoming Orders: Is supply aligned with demand?
  • COG: How are product costs evolving?
  • Sales and Traffic: Are traffic changes driving sales changes?
  • Fee History: Are fees impacting profitability?

Together, these tabs provide a complete product-level picture, without leaving the Dashboard.
