Creating Your Propamp.ai Account

This guide walks you through the process of creating and setting up your Propamp.ai account, including connecting your Amazon Seller Central accounts and establishing your organization.

Account Creation Process Overview

Propamp.ai uses an organization-based account system where:

1. A primary administrator (root user) creates the organization account
2. The administrator connects essential Amazon services
3. Additional team members can be invited to join the organization

Step 1: Sign Up as an Administrator

As the primary administrator (root user), you’ll need to create the organization account first:

1. Navigate to the Propamp.ai signup page 
2. Click on “Create Account” or “Sign Up”
3. Fill in your personal information:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Create a secure password
   • Company/Organization name
4. Click “Create Account”

Step 2: Connect Your Amazon Seller Central Account

After verifying your email, you’ll need to connect your Amazon Seller Central account(s):

Important: The root user must have administrative access to all brand working regions in Seller Central. This ensures Propamp.ai can access the necessary data to provide comprehensive analytics and management tools.

Connecting Amazon Ads

First, you’ll need to connect your Amazon Ads account:

1. On the integration screen, select “Connect Amazon Ads”
2. You’ll be redirected to Amazon’s authentication page
3. Log in with your Amazon Seller Central credentials
4. Review and approve the permissions requested by Propamp.ai
5. After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back to Propamp.ai

Connecting your Amazon Ads account first helps Propamp.ai understand your operational regions and marketplace presence.

Connecting Multiple Regional Seller Central Accounts

Next, connect all regional Seller Central accounts where you operate:

1. For each marketplace region (North America, Europe, Japan, etc.):

   • Click “Connect Seller Central Account”
   • Select the appropriate marketplace region
   • Log in with your regional Seller Central credentials
   • Approve the necessary permissions
   • Confirm the connection

2. Verify all your operational regions appear as “Connected” in the dashboard

Step 3: Data Synchronization

After connecting your accounts, Propamp.ai will begin syncing your data:

1. An initial data sync will begin automatically
2. This process may take several minutes to a few hours depending on your account size and history

Note: Propamp.ai automatically synchronizes data from your Amazon accounts regularly to ensure all analytics and recommendations are based on real time information as well as historical data.
