Managing Your Account Settings

This guide explains how to manage and customize your Propamp.ai account settings. Whether you need to update your profile information, change security preferences, or adjust notification settings, this guide will walk you through the process.

Accessing Account Settings

To access your account settings:

1. Log in to your Propamp.ai account
2. Click on your user icon located at the bottom-left corner
3. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu

Account Settings Overview

The Account Settings page is divided into several sections to help you easily navigate different aspects of your account configuration:

• Profile Information
• Security Settings
• Notification Preferences
• Billing and Subscription
• Account Termination

Updating Profile Information

Your profile information includes personal details and professional information relevant to your account:

1. Navigate to the “Profile” tab in Account Settings
2. You can update the following information:
   • Name (first and last)
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Job title
   • Company name
   • Profile picture
3. Click “Save Changes” after making any updates

Updating Your Profile Picture

To change your profile picture:

1. Click on the profile picture icon in the Profile section
2. If uploading, select an image file (JPG, PNG under 5MB)

Security Settings

The Security section allows you to manage your password, two-factor authentication, and session management:

Changing Your Password

To update your password:

1. Navigate to the “Security” tab in Account Settings
2. Click “Change Password”
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (must meet strength requirements)
5. Confirm your new password
6. Click “Update Password”

Password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
