Inventory AWD Storage
Executive Summary
The Inventory → AWD Storage section provides a snapshot view of items the system classifies as AWD inventory. It is designed for fast, operational visibility: you can compare Inbound versus On-hand quantities across products at a glance, then drill into a detailed table that summarizes current quantities, stock health signals, and the last time each record was updated.
Key Concepts & Metrics
AWD inventory
AWD inventory refers to inventory records included in this page’s dataset. The page shows what the system currently knows about inbound and stored quantities for each AWD-tracked SKU, enriched with product information (name, image, ASIN) so results are understandable and actionable.
Inbound
Inbound is the total number of units expected to arrive into AWD storage. This value is displayed per row and is also used in the overview chart.
On-hand
On-hand is the total number of units currently recorded as physically present in AWD storage. This value drives the stock health classification and is used in both the table and the overview chart.
Available
Available is the portion of on-hand inventory that is currently distributable. It is used to compute Stock Level percentage and to classify replenishment states.
Reserved
Reserved is the portion of inventory that is currently set aside and not available for distribution.
Stock Level
Stock Level is a computed percentage representing how much of the on-hand inventory is available for distribution:
The page displays this as both a progress bar and a percentage label.
Status
Status is a badge that summarizes stock health and replenishment signals using On-hand, Available, and Replenishment Quantity.
Last Updated
Last Updated is the time the system last refreshed the underlying AWD record for that row. It is displayed in a user-friendly date/time format.
Operational Logic
Access gating
The AWD Storage page requires the Inventory Dashboard feature. If your account does not include it, the page presents an upgrade prompt configured specifically for AWD Storage.
Snapshot behavior
AWD Storage is a snapshot view. It does not use a time window, date range, or granularity selector. The overview chart and details table reflect the current state of the data returned for your account.
Overview chart aggregation
The AWD Storage Overview chart is a categorical comparison across products:
- One category per product.
- Two series: Inbound and On-hand.
- Labels are derived from the product’s display name; if that is not available, the system uses a shortened version of the product name.
Important: The overview chart reflects only the products visible on the current table page. If you move to the next page, the chart updates to reflect that new page’s set of products rather than the full AWD dataset.
Status classification rules
The system assigns one Status badge per row using the following rules:
- Out of Stock when On-hand is exactly 0.
- Low Stock when On-hand is less than 50.
- Replenishing when Available is 0 and Replenishment Quantity is greater than 0.
- In Stock for all other cases.
This means Status is not just an on-hand indicator; it also distinguishes “no available units but replenishment incoming” from a normal in-stock state.
User Guide
Open AWD Storage
- Navigate to Inventory → AWD Storage.
- If you have access, the page loads an overview chart followed by a details table.
- If you do not have access, the page shows an upgrade prompt for the Inventory Dashboard feature.
Understand loading, empty, and error states
-
While the page is loading, you see skeleton placeholders for the chart card and table rows.
-
If the system cannot load the data, you see:

-
If the data loads but there are no rows for the current page, you see:
- No Inventory Data
- “No AWD inventory items found for the current page.”

Navigate between pages
The table supports pagination with a fixed page size of 20 items per page.
-
Select Previous to move to the prior page.
- This is disabled on the first page.
-
Select Next to move to the next page.
- This is disabled when you are already on the last page.
When you change pages:
- The table updates to the new set of 20 rows.
- The overview chart updates to match the same set of rows.
System Behaviors & FAQs
Why does the chart change when I click Next or Previous?
The chart is built from the same set of rows shown in the table. Since each page shows 20 items, the chart always represents the current page rather than the full AWD inventory list.
What does “Low Stock” mean here?
“Low Stock” is assigned when On-hand < 50 units. This threshold is fixed and is not adjustable from the AWD Storage page.
Why does a product show “Replenishing” instead of “Out of Stock”?
“Replenishing” is used when Available is 0 but Replenishment Quantity is greater than 0, indicating units are expected to become available even though none are currently distributable.
How is Stock Level calculated?
Stock Level is computed as the rounded ratio of Available to On-hand. If On-hand is 0, Stock Level is shown as 0% to avoid invalid division.
Are there filters like marketplace, search, sorting, or date range?
The visible implementation for AWD Storage confirms pagination controls only.
Where does this data come from?
AWD Storage reflects a persisted AWD inventory snapshot that is periodically refreshed and then enriched with product details so the page can display names, images, and ASINs alongside quantities.
